These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, inquiries and services provided by Rcreate Party Needs Rental, doing business as Rcreate Party Hub Co. (“Rcreate”, “we”, “us”), located in San Lucas, Lipa City, Batangas, Philippines. By booking our services or paying a downpayment, you (“Client”) agree to these terms.
1.Quotes & inquiries
Rates on our website, flyers and social media pages are starting rates. Your final quote depends on your event date, venue location, number of guests, package and add-ons. Sending an inquiry or receiving a quote does not reserve your date.
2.Reservation & payment
- A 50% downpayment of the total package price is required to reserve your event date.
- Dates are reserved on a first-paid, first-served basis. Your booking is confirmed only once we have received your downpayment and sent you a confirmation.
- The remaining 50% balance must be settled on or before the event day, before the start of service.
- Payments are made through the payment channels we provide at the time of booking. Please send proof of payment for every transaction.
3.Cancellation
The downpayment is non-refundable if the Client cancels the booking for any reason. This is because we block the date for you and decline other inquiries for it, and we begin preparing your personalized materials.
If you can't push through on your original date, we encourage you to reschedule instead (see Section 4).
4.Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your event at any time, subject to the availability of your preferred new date.
- Your downpayment will be applied to the new date.
- If the new date, venue, package or number of guests changes the total price, the updated rate will apply.
5.Service hours & extensions
- Service hours are based on your chosen package (for example, 2 hours of unlimited photobooth shots, or 3 hours of service for food carts) and begin at the agreed start time.
- All photobooth packages include a free 1-hour idle time. Food carts include 1–2 hours of ingress for setup.
- Extensions are subject to availability and are charged based on our current rates (for example, ₱1,000 per hour for photobooth classic print/strip and food cart extension or early ingress).
6.Venue & client responsibilities
- The Client provides accurate event details: date, start time, venue address and number of guests.
- The Client secures permission from the venue for our setup, and pays any venue fees (such as supplier or electricity fees) if the venue charges them.
- The Client provides a suitable setup area with access to electricity. Our food carts cook on the spot using electricity.
- Crew/staff meals are provided by the Client.
7.Transportation
Transportation is free within Lipa City, San Jose, Batangas City, Malvar and other selected areas. A minimal transportation fee is added for other locations and will be included in your quote.
8.Equipment & property
All equipment, props, backdrops and setups remain the property of Rcreate. The Client is responsible for loss of or damage to our equipment caused by the Client, their guests or the venue during the event, and for the cost of repair or replacement.
9.Photos, videos & content
- Digital copies of photobooth photos are shared through a digital album (Google Drive / cloud) or our Facebook page gallery, depending on the package.
- We may share photos and videos from your event on our social media pages and website to showcase our work. If you prefer that we don't, please tell us in writing before your event.
- Personalized templates and layouts are prepared from the details you give us. Please send your approval and any changes before the event.
10.Food carts & sweets
Please inform us ahead of time about any food allergies or dietary restrictions of your guests. Candy and food varieties may be substituted with items of equal value depending on supplier availability.
11.Events beyond our control
If an event cannot proceed because of circumstances beyond either party's control, such as typhoons, natural disasters, government restrictions or similar emergencies, we will work with you to move the booking to a new available date.
12.Pricing & changes to these terms
Our rates may change without prior notice. Once your downpayment is received, your quoted package price is honored for your booked date. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time; the version posted on this page applies to new bookings from its effective date.
